At 7:01 pm (1h 53m running), Chris Dyson (#20-P2 Porsche RS Spyder) into the pits. 4 tires, no fuel, no driver change.

Darren Law (#44-GT2 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR) "The first stint with the qualifying tires was awful. Then we got a new set and we were running right with our team car. It was a lot of fun driving like that."

At 7:03 pm (1h 55m running), Luis Diaz (#15-P2 Lola/B06-43/Acura), leader in class, into the pits. 4 tires, fuel, driver change: Adrian Fernandez. Andy Wallace (#16-P2 Porsche RS Spyder) takes the lead in class.

At 7:06 pm (1h 58m running), Adrian Fernandez (#15-P2 Lola/B06-43/Acura) into the pits, served black flag penalty for avoidable contact with the 20 in turn one. The car dropped from second overall, and first in class, to seventh overall and fifth in class (during the last two stops).


At 7:08 pm (2h 0m running), Rinaldo Capello (#1-P1 Audi AG/R10/TDI), overall leader, into the pits. Fuel only, no driver change, retains the overall lead.

Luis Diaz (#15-P2 Lola/B06-43/Acura) "I was a lot faster than the Dyson car. I think he came down on me. I'm pretty upset with the penalty."

David Brabham (#9-P2 Acura/ARX-01a) "I was really upset when the car wouldn't get in gear after the first pit stop. The car was doing really well. I just had to get over it and keep my head in it."

At 7:11 pm (2h 2m running), Tomas Enge (#31-GT2 Ferrari 430GT), leader in class, stopped against wall between turns 3 and 4 after a hard, hard hit to the driver's side of the car. The safety crew is on the scene, a fire has broken out on the driver side of the car, but is quickly gotten under control. The driver had to be assisted from the car on the passenger side due to injury and the fire. The driver was taken to the local medical center for evaluation.

At 7:11 pm (2h 3m running), Yellow Flag: pits are closed.

At 7:12 pm (2h 3m running), Mika Salo (#62-GT2 Ferrari 430GT Berlinetta) inherits the class lead with the problems on the #31 car.

At 7:13 pm (2h 5m running), Yellow flag: pits are open.

At 7:14 pm (2h 6m running), Andy Wallace (#16-P2 Porsche RS Spyder), leader in class, into the pits. 4 tires, fuel, no driver change. Stefan Johansson (#9-P2 Acura/ARX-01a) takes the lead in class.
