CORVETTE RACING'S FELLOWS: TIMING IS RIGHT

Ron Fellows is driving at
Sebring for the final time this week with Corvette Racing.

"The way things evolved in the
offseason and the launch of the signature edition Corvette may make it look this
was planned but it wasn't," says Corvette Racing's Ron Fellows, perhaps the most
recognized driver in the American Le Mans Series. "It's coincidental with me
scaling back. This is a final kick at the can for me behind the wheel of a
Corvette behind the driver's seat."
So begins Fellows' final week at
Sebring as a driver. On Monday,
Fellows talked about his emotions this week, the pursuit of a third Sebring
win and the birth of Corvette Racing.
"As a race team we had very humble beginnings," he shared. "The first test we
benchmarked ourselves was here in 1997 and we were miserably off the pace! Now
it's grown into a machine. It's a pretty impressive record and there's no sign
of letting up."
Ron Fellows is considered
by many to be the premier driver for Corvette Racing, and will be
missed next year behind the wheel of the Corvette.
We truly echo that
sentiment, and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!!
Ron... you will always have a very special place in our hearts!!
