Jamar Board and Carl Buck each scored 26 points as Alderson- Broaddus took a 98-88 win over the University of Charleston in a West Virginia Conference men's game on Thursday in Phillippi. The Golden Eagles (15-8, 13-5) were dominated on the boards as the Battlers held a 40-22 rebounding advantage. Terrell Eargle chipped in with 16 points and 13 boards for AB (18- 5, 14-4) and Mark Summerfield added 11 points.
